There is a market reason too. The way we see it Michael Page Sales are the biggest player in sales recruitment (draw your own conclusion on them) and then below this is, well nothing...BMS, CD Sales Recruitment and some medium sized regional players possibly. But no-one who is 75% accurate in predicting the future sales performance of hires. We see huge opportunity to the be the 2nd largest player by volume to MP Sales and the No.1 by quality (we now what position we value more)...now there's a mission :-)
