Screening and Assessment

We maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with both the candidate and their hiring manager within the post-placement period.
We work proactively to identify any potential red flags or areas of improvement that may impact the candidate's job satisfaction and engagement during the screening phase, but post-placement support can assist in performance review during probation phase.
